WELCOME TO 23 VILLA STAY
We don’t just provide a place to stay; we offer you our serene and welcoming home in a tranquil environment. To ensure a harmonious experience for all, we have some house rules. We kindly request you to read and understand them thoroughly before confirming your reservation. Should you have any questions or require clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us
HOUSE RULES
- Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 1:30 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please note that early check-in or late check-out is not permitted without the prior consent of the owner.
- Security Deposit: Refundable security deposit amount of ₹5,000/-needs to be paid at time of check-in. In case of any damage to the property or breakage/ damage of any items in the house, the guests will be charged at actual cost and the same would be deducted in security deposit amount and balance amount be refunded at time of check-out
- Swimming Pool: Swimming pool access strictly till 10.00 pm only. Lights of swimming pool area would be switched off by 10:00 pm.Using of swimming pool by guest is not allowed on check-out day as the swimming pool would be in sanitization process for other guest checking-in.
- Pets are not allowed in swimming pool.
- Noise: Playing loud music, excessive noise, and shouting are strictly not allowed to maintain a peaceful environment for other residence staying around the villa. Playing music in outdoor area after 10:00 pm is prohibited by law. Guests who fail to comply with local laws will face strict action.
- Occupancy: The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. Additional charges will apply for extra guests staying in the villa. Children under 6 years of age can stay free of charge in the parents’ room, provided no extra bed is required.
- Smoking: Smoking of shisha/cigarette is permitted only in outdoor area, balconies and veranda. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
- House-keeping & Laundry: Housekeeping services will be provided once a day. Linens are replaced on alternate days, while fresh bath towels can be provided daily upon request.
- Kitchen Usage: The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, basic utensils, and water purifier. Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, cooking of elaborate meal is prohibited. If you wish to take caretaker service for kitchen help, please get in touch with the host/caretaker for the service charges.
- Power Backup: Though power cuts are rare, but we have an inverter backupto ensure room lights & fans remain operational. No compensation for power outage, AC failure, third party services and Act of God (Tip: Turn-off unnecessary electric appliances to optimize use of inverted)
- Barbeque: Use of barbecue grill and sticks is allowed only in designated areas. Service fee of ₹500/- would be charged for barbeque setup with coal. Kindly notify the caretaker in advance to ensure proper arrangements can be made.
- To help us keep the Villa in excellent condition, guests are requested to treat the home with care. While we take great effort in maintaining the Villas, if any maintenance problems arise, please inform the caretaker immediately so that the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.
- The stay of the guests who do not comply with the house rules and disturb the peace will be unconditionally cancelled. Please be considerate of others in the society premises by not causing any inconvenience or nuisance
BOOKING POLICY
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Booking can be only confirmed by making 50% advance payment of the stay duration, against Bank transfer/ cash deposit. Kindly check the availability with us before making any advance payment.
CANCELLATION & RETENTION CHARGE POLICY
- Check In: Check in time is anytime after 01:30 PM on the day of the Guests reservation begins. No early check in without prior consent of owner.
- Check Out: Check out time is 11:00 AM on the day of Guest’s reservation ends. Any delay in checkout, without prior consent of owner is not permitted.
- Cancellations are not accepted over the phone call. All cancellations must be made in writing ( whatsapp message or email).
- If the request for cancellation is received 30 days or more in advance before the scheduled date of arrival, 100% of the advance taken will be refunded.
- If the request for cancellation is received between 15 to 29 days, 50% of advance taken will be refunded.
- No refund will be given, if the cancellation request is received less than 15 days before the date of arrival.
- Reducing the length of stay on arrival will attract penalty charges for full length stay.
- Cancellation upon Arrival/ No-show/ Early Departure/ Change of Dates/ Partial Cancellation will be treated as Cancellation and 100% amount of stay would be charged.
